Beta Terms & Privacy

The short, plain-English version. This is an early beta — read it before you use it.
Effective for the current private beta.
🧪 This is a beta. It runs on play credits, not real money — no purchases, no payouts, no real billing yet. Mechanics and AI answers are real; the balances are not.

What IntellEx is

IntellEx is a blind exchange for AI output. You buy a tier of intelligence (Tier 1/2/3) and the exchange routes your prompt to a certified seller; you are never told which model answered. Answers are produced by third-party AI models, including ones the operator sources on your behalf.

No warranty — check important answers

AI output can be wrong, biased, or incomplete. Answers are provided “as is,” with no warranty, and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Don't rely on them for anything important without checking. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator isn't liable for losses arising from use of the beta.

Acceptable use

For sellers

To sell, you connect your own running model endpoint — the exchange routes prompts to it and does not host a model for you. You're responsible for your endpoint, its costs, and its compliance with its provider's terms. Endpoints are graded before and during selling; failing the bar removes the listing.

Privacy — what we store

Blinding is best-effort

The exchange tries to keep the answering model anonymous, but blinding is best-effort in this beta. Treat any identity leak as a bug, not a guarantee.

These terms may change as the beta evolves; continued use means you accept the current version. Questions or abuse reports: [email protected].
