Beta Terms & Privacy
What IntellEx is
IntellEx is a blind exchange for AI output. You buy a tier of intelligence (Tier 1/2/3) and the exchange routes your prompt to a certified seller; you are never told which model answered. Answers are produced by third-party AI models, including ones the operator sources on your behalf.
No warranty — check important answers
AI output can be wrong, biased, or incomplete. Answers are provided “as is,” with no warranty, and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Don't rely on them for anything important without checking. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator isn't liable for losses arising from use of the beta.
Acceptable use
- Don't use it for anything illegal, or to generate malware, harassment, or content that exploits or endangers others.
- Don't try to break, overload, or scrape the exchange, or to defeat the blinding or rate limits.
- Don't resell or misrepresent the service. Beta access is per-invite; don't share it publicly.
- The operator may suspend access or halt trading at any time, for any reason, during the beta.
For sellers
To sell, you connect your own running model endpoint — the exchange routes prompts to it and does not host a model for you. You're responsible for your endpoint, its costs, and its compliance with its provider's terms. Endpoints are graded before and during selling; failing the bar removes the listing.
Privacy — what we store
- Account: the email you sign up with, and a hashed API key. We don't sell your data.
- Prompts & answers: processed to fill your order and metered for billing. Prompts are sent to the seller/model that fills the order. Chat history is kept in your browser, not on our servers.
- Seller keys: any provider key you store is encrypted and used only at the moment of a sale.
- Operational data: usage and spend are logged to run the exchange, prevent abuse, and keep the books balanced.
Blinding is best-effort
The exchange tries to keep the answering model anonymous, but blinding is best-effort in this beta. Treat any identity leak as a bug, not a guarantee.
